background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221;]\n<p>Les installations d&#8217;\u00e9puration MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) de GAZEBO sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 partir des syst\u00e8mes innovants <a href=\"\/fr\/innovation\/frc-gazebo-system\/\"><strong>\u00ab FRC Gazebo System \u00bb<\/strong><\/a> ou <a href=\"\/fr\/innovation\/scc-gazebo-system\/\"><strong>\u00ab SCC Gazebo System \u00bb<\/strong><\/a> et renforc\u00e9es par des charpentes verticales et des \u00e9tais\/tirants internes en ACIER INOXYDABLE AISI 304\/306.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019installation MBBR est compos\u00e9e d\u2019une ou de plusieurs cuves raccord\u00e9es entre elles, dot\u00e9s de divers \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et constituant les sections de traitement suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> soul\u00e8vement initial ;<\/li>\n<li> criblage m\u00e9canique &#8211; par rotation ;<\/li>\n<li> \u00e9galisation a\u00e9r\u00e9e-homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation-neutralisation du pH ;<\/li>\n<li> d\u00e9grossissage-s\u00e9dimentation primaire ;<\/li>\n<li> d\u00e9nitrification ;<\/li>\n<li> r\u00e9acteur MBBR a\u00e9r\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li> ss\u00e9dimentation finale des boues ;<\/li>\n<li> \u00e9paississement des boues ;<\/li>\n<li> stabilisation aerobi des boues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"arancione\">Cycle technologique<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La technologie MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) peut \u00eatre d\u00e9finie comme une \u00e9volution et une am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019installation de boues activ\u00e9es traditionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une installation biologique \u00e0 masse adh\u00e9r\u00e9e et en suspension dans laquelle le mat\u00e9riau de remplissage (carrier), compos\u00e9 d\u2019un mat\u00e9riel plastique rigide avec une grande surface sp\u00e9cifique par unit\u00e9 de volume (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 500-600 m\u00b2\/m\u00b3), est plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du r\u00e9acteur MBBR et fait office de support au d\u00e9veloppement des microorganismes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce type d\u2019installation peut fonctionner avec des <strong>charges nettement sup\u00e9rieures<\/strong> \u00e0 celles d&#8217;une installation traditionnelle de boues activ\u00e9es et est, par cons\u00e9quent, indiqu\u00e9e <strong>pour le traitement des eaux us\u00e9es industrielles hautement polluantes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, elle est indiqu\u00e9e pour le <strong>renforcement d\u2019installations existantes<\/strong> (ajout de carriers et de grilles de retenue \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des cuves d\u2019oxydation existantes).<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9acteur MBBR a\u00e9r\u00e9 est dot\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, de diffuseurs en acier inoxydable avec pulv\u00e9risation sous forme de grosses bulles, aliment\u00e9s par des souffleurs \u00e9lectriques sp\u00e9ciaux \u00e0 haut rendement pour la production de l\u2019air comprim\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"arancione\">Avantages<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me propos\u00e9 offre les avantages suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> un moindre encombrement de l\u2019installation,<\/li>\n<li> une absence totale de recyclages \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019installation,<\/li>\n<li> meilleure capacit\u00e9 de s\u00e9dimentation des boues,<\/li>\n<li> possibilit\u00e9 de travailler avec des charges relativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es par rapport \u00e0 une installation de boues activ\u00e9es,<\/li>\n<li> grande fiabilit\u00e9 et longue dur\u00e9e,<\/li>\n<li> excellent rendement de l&#8217;\u00e9puration,<\/li>\n<li> technologie \u00e9prouv\u00e9e applicable aussi au renforcement d\u2019installations existantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"arancione\">\u00c9quipement standard<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;installation est livr\u00e9e avec tous les ouvrages de nature \u00e9lectrique et m\u00e9canique ainsi que les charpentes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de chaque compartiment de traitement comme :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> manchons en PVC pour l&#8217;entr\u00e9e et l\u2019\u00e9vacuation,<\/li>\n<li> d\u00e9flecteurs, collecteurs, diffuseurs, grilles de retenue en acier inoxydable AISI 304\/306,<\/li>\n<li> cloisons internes en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li> soul\u00e8vement par air pour l\u2019extraction des boues,<\/li>\n<li> souffleurs \u00e9lectriques insonoris\u00e9s peu bruyants pour la production d&#8217;air comprim\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li> groupe vannes,<\/li>\n<li> diffuseurs sous forme de grosses bulles en acier inoxydable,<\/li>\n<li> unit\u00e9 de commande munie de micro-processeur (PLC),<\/li>\n<li> capteurs pour le contr\u00f4le du processus (ex. :oxyg\u00e8ne et redox),<\/li>\n<li> d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tres,<\/li>\n<li> postes de dosage automatique de r\u00e9actifs,<\/li>\n<li> poste de d\u00e9shydratation de boues en exc\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"arancione\">Assistance technique qualifi\u00e9e<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Gazebo propose un service d\u2019assistance technique pr\u00e9cis et professionnel avec la pr\u00e9sence de ses propres techniciens sur le chantier, la mise en fonction de l\u2019installation au moment de son d\u00e9marrage et lors des p\u00e9riodes successives, avec les d\u00e9lais \u00e0 d\u00e9finir avec le client.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, au moment de la mise en service, le client re\u00e7oit le manuel d\u2019exploitation de l\u2019installation ainsi que toutes les instructions pour la maintenance ordinaire et extraordinaire.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;3.25&#8243;
