l\u2019utilizzo di fibre sintetiche, ottenute per estrusione di polimeri a base di polipropilene.<\/strong><br \/>Ci\u00f2 permette un rinforzo del calcestruzzo, con notevole aumento di tenacit\u00e0 e duttilit\u00e0.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Il Calcestruzzo FRC \u00e8 a maturazione accelerata con catalizzatori di indurimento, senza ausilio del vapore.<\/strong><br \/>L\u2019immissione di nano-particelle speciali, diluite in sospensione acquosa, dosate nella miscela di calcestruzzo fresco, aiuta a incrementare internamente la temperatura di idratazione e quindi a velocizzare la maturazione del calcestruzzo.<br \/>Con questa innovativa tecnica, si elimina l\u2019energia termica normalmente prodotta, si ottiene un miglior controllo delle temperature di maturazione, si riduce il tempo di sformatura dei prefabbricati entro le 10 ore dal getto e si ottiene un notevole incremento delle resistenze meccaniche a compressione del calcestruzzo anche a brevi stagionature: 35-40
