QUARTZ-CHARCOAL FILTERING SYSTEM PURSUANT WITH DIRECTIVE 2006/42/CE ON MACHINERY

DESCRIPTION:
“GAZEBO” QUARTZ-CHARCOAL FILTERING SYSTEMS for the TREATMENT or FINISHING of WASTEWATER coming from industrial waste, car-washing (or similar) activities; the systems are made of electrowelded steel plate columns, covered and filled with filtering materials.
The system is made of vertical tanks with concave bottoms, profiled with zincate steel and with all of the necessary devices and electromechanical equipment for individual treatment stages, such as the gauge, manholes for loading and unloading filtering materials, plastic lamellate diffusers for a uniform distribution, filtering material (silicic quartzite, adsorbent charcoals), and electric control panel. Pursuant with directive 2006/42/CE on machinery.

TECHNOLOGICAL CYCLE:
The FINAL FILTERING system includes a physical treatment based on the coupling of a filtering-advanced adsorption system. With quartzite filtration, possible sediment or suspension particles found in the water that escaped previous treatments are removed, while with the adsorption on activated carbons residual organic substances such as hydrocarbons and detergents are removed. The high efficiency of filtering allows to the adsorption section to work in the best possible conditions and therefore to make activated charcoals last more, thus reducing management costs.

Companies, public and private bodies, car-washing businessess, washing of corporate car/lorries/trucks.

FIELDS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Fuel stations, industrial areas, finishing of effluents, etc.

POSSIBLE ACCESSORIES ON DEMAND:
Version with automatic backwashing, automatic anti-frost system, version with water recirculation.

A 3-5 cm THICK SAND LAYER SHALL BE PLACED ABOVE THE FOOTING TO LAY THE PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS
